MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES & FEES
Senior Chef Category – For senior-level culinary professionals and kitchen leadership roles (Corporate/Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef).
Membership Fee: ₹7,500 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only).
Junior Chef Category – For culinary professionals in junior leadership and operational roles (Junior Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis).
Membership Fee: ₹5,000 (Five Thousand Only).
Membership Enrolment Process
- Application Submission – Fill out the official BCA membership form accurately.
- Document Upload – Provide valid ID, qualification, and experience documents.
- Fee Payment – Membership fee must be paid before the review process begins.
- Committee Review – Applications are assessed by the BCA Membership Committee. (Approval is at the Committee’s sole discretion.)
- Activation – Upon approval, members receive their Certificate, ID Card, and Chef Jacket, and the membership is officially activated.
